This page is intended for supporting our existing CUES customers who have purchased one or more of our software products. Access to this site requires the user to login using the user name and password you have provided CUES through the registration process.
If you are a new user please press "Register" above to proceed with getting authorization to access this web site. Otherwise please press "Login" to provide your personal user name and password.
Once a new user has completed their registration an initial e-mail will be sent with a verification code needed to log in the first time. Also, a CUES employee will be notified to determine the product(s) the customer has purchased to grant them appropriate access. Once determined, and this process has been completed, a second e-mail notification will be sent to the new user.
NOTE: When selecting a password for your account please be aware that it must be at least seven characters in length.

Release of Granite XP Version 3.4.2 - Thursday, June 05, 2008This update includes enhancements to Granite XP Enterprise, Inspection, Engineering, and Viewer editions, and a list of new features. Please note that you will need a new activation code only if you are upgrading from version 2.8.13 or earlier.

Release of Granite XP Version 3.2.1 - Feb 25, 2008 – Monday - Friday, February 29, 2008CUES, is proud to announce the latest release of Granite XP, Version 3.2.1, with updates and enhancements to keep your system at peak performance.
This upgrade includes enhancements and new features to Granite XP Enterprise, Inspection, Engineering, and Viewer editions. Please note that you will need a new activation code if your software is currently activated up to version 2 or earlier.

Release of Granite XP Version 2.8.6 - May 23, 2007 – Wednesday - Tuesday, June 05, 2007Cues is proud to announce the release of Granite XP version 2.8.6. This is our “ESRI phase II” release that contains a number of enhancements when working with GIS maps and databases. Some of these new features are: Filtering stability in Map View on shape files; Supporting of the customer’s specific auto-number field which should be used instead of standard OBJECTID field.; Import/export code fields.; Import domains; Export separate manholes (without assets); Opening observations previously exported from GXP from the map (Create link to view associated observations on the map using layers); Check the existence of missing laterals using lateral’s ids selected as Unique ID during exporting; Three new reports, “Inspections with Pipe Run and Map report”, “Lateral Inspections with Pipe Run and Map report”, “Observations by Inspections with Map report”.
Additionally there are a number of improvements for all users: Nero up to version 7.5.9 support; Tooltips for start inspection toolbar buttons are changed to “Start Inspection With the Flow” and “Start Inspection Against the Flow”; Viewer: auto-copy and update database from the CD/DVD; Ability to open older databases stored in read only media (CD/DVD); Viewer setup provides the same “Database type” screen (instead of simple Open dialog). Release of Granite XP Version 2.6.3 - October 2, 2006 - Wednesday - Tuesday, December 19, 2006Cues is proud to announce the release of Granite XP version 2.6.3. This “Data Transfer” release implements a radically new technology to track changes in the data, with redesigned algorithms for change controls and conflict resolution during Exports and Synchronization, automating the data transfer process so that an interim Database is not required.
Also, we now support PACP version 4.2 and MPEG 1, 2, and 4 video capture. The new optional ‘Scheduler Module’ to automate Exports, Synchronization and backups of Data and videos; Media management to locate and move media files (Video, Pictures, Inclination, Grout); Intelligent CD/DVD burning process calculates the quantity of disks needed; Synchronization from multiple CDs are some of the new features.

Release of Granite XP Version 2.1 - Friday, March 31, 2006 - Wednesday, April 19, 2006CUES Software Department is proud to announce the release of Version 2.1 of Granite XP. This version now includes an easier, yet powerful, filtering mechanism that allows you to quickly find the data you're interested in. Also a feature to lock the layout position of panes to prevent accidental changes has been added, along with a totally new (and simplified) dialog for opening/connecting to the database. These are just a few of the many enhancements made in this release.

Release of Granite XP Version 2.0 - Wednesday, December 09, 2005 - Tuesday, April 04, 2006CUES Software Department is proud to announce the release of Version 2 of Granite XP. This version now includes enhancements to Granite's import interface to ESRI's ArcGIS mapping products. It also includes new optional modules to allow viewing an ESRI maps through an integral pane within the Granite XP product. This pane operates in harmony with the products selection mechanism to provide a powerful visual selection mechanism. This optional module also extends ERSI integration to provide exporting information back into the features of your map. Additional a new optional module to provide support for capturing GPS coordinates using a standard NEMA based receiver has also been added. By capturing GPS coordinates and by combining them with transporter footage measurements this module is capable of estimating the GPS location for any observation.
In addition we have also added a new optional module to support the Storm features within Hansen through our extensions to our existing Hansen Transfer Interface.
